This song is special to my heart because of the lesson I learned when God gave it to me. When I moved to the Warsaw area I lost my regular church family and, more importantly, my accountability partner. I knew that God was nudging me to find another one, but I was taking my time about it. I had just finished the book "The Purpose Driven Life" and was finally convicted that God wanted me to quit stalling and find someone. I started praying and filling out a list of what I thought God wanted me to look for. I needed a mature Christian woman who knew the Bible, would not gossip, and who was a prayer warrior. God provided! The first day, on my way to meet with my new accountability partner, God gave me the first half of this song. I received the rest of it on the return trip home. Once I arrived home, I sat down at the piano and God worked through my hands to finish up the music. I know now that God rewarded me with this song for my obedience to Him. I can't imagine how much better the song would have been if I had obeyed sooner! For all of you out there who are stalling about what God wants you to do -- go do it!
